A friend of mine is selling seven acres of incredibly beautiful lakefront land with a yurt and bunkie, on it. The price is $154,900. It is 45 minutes from Kingston and 90 minutes from Ottawa. Here is the link.

” I know that I write about tiny houses… specifically my tiny house. But even so, this is my home. I am sure that you just did not think about it, but let ask you this…
Has a random unknown person ever written to you and invited themselves over to your home? Thanks so much for your time.” Hmmmm. I too came to this blog anticipating learning about ‘tiny houses’. Was a lecture really necessary? I guess so. I shall now click on “Unsubscribe” – assuming there is such a link of course.
HA! Well aren’t you a piece of work? I find it quite remarkable that someone who fancies themselves as being an analyst… oh wait no, a FEARLESS ANALYST, is so scathing. And from a woman who writes about topics such as your most recent blog post of March 30, 2016. I mean, you wrote about Jian Gomeshi and yet you sit on such a opposite side of the table to me, and all I said was NO to someone else, not you… and months ago too… aren’t you just the little but-in-ski?
This said, since you open the topic, I think you are particularly misguided, not to mention inconsistent… given that your own article you go on to discuss how women “have experienced some variation of male sexual abuse”. I am 50 years old (and even if I weren’t) I have the right to say no. Not to mention that people should know better than to contact a blogger and invite themselves over for a visit. It could be considered creepy, even. Though I don’t really think that most people are being, I think they are just exuberant and interested… but still, how do I know? How do you? Do you have some sort of special powers that make you understand who is and who is not creepy? Or are you as misguided as you seem?
And let me go back to your blog post to the time when you sat in judgment about your coworker who was uncomfortable with your boss’s sexual advances. You said you were sorry for this, and yet clearly you have learned nothing about sitting in judgment of what other women experience. Just as you sat in the office judging your co-worker for what you thought was “too sexy” , you judge me.
You don’t judge me for being sexy, I don’t try to be… but if I did, this would not be your business either. No, you went out of your way to nose in and be offended. You just dropped in to eves drop and judge me… because I said NO. Not even to you! But to some random internet person inviting themselves over to my home. Clearly, you need to go back and do women studies 101 again. I say NO to you though too! As in, NO, I am not going to take it! You are not welcome back! So don’t let the door hit your ass on the way out!

Oops Nicole! The price is per acre.
There’s a property on Remx.ca that’s in Ancaster, it’s over 100 acres and is only $100,000! Thinking it could make an awesome tiny house community. Here’s a link to the listing:

Good idea?
We could make a Crowdfunding campaign, $1000 for an acre/tiny house spot…

Hi Laura, I am a photographer currently working on a project about tiny houses. I am wondering if I can come visit one day during the weekend to see your house and learn more about living in a tiny house. Please email me back at xxxxx.com if you’re free and if you’re interested. Thanks so much for your time.
